Workspaces
The Workspace picker at the top swaps the whole app: its own theme, its own form, its own projects, and its own sync destination. Each workspace's data never mixes with another's.
Log an entry
1. Tap a category. 2. Tap a subcategory or detail chip (or type). 3. Optionally attach photos. 4. Tap Log entry. GPS, time, project, and your name are recorded automatically.
GPS colors
green ±10 m — log freely. amber ±25 m — acceptable. red — stand still with sky view, or log anyway and it's flagged. No signal? Logging still works using your last known position.
Edit your chip lists
Tap ✎ at the end of any chip row to add or remove subcategories and detail presets. Changes stay on this device.
Buttons on each entry
edit change anything descriptive (position and time stay fixed). hold keep an entry on this device — it will never sync until released. del asks twice, then it's gone.
Sync vs backup
Sync pushes entries and photos to your server; interrupted syncs resume automatically, and each workspace syncs to its own destination — tap ⚙ while in that workspace to set it. Backup zip downloads everything on this device, every workspace, including held entries, as one file.
Where your data lives
Everything stays in this browser until you sync or export. Clearing site data deletes it, so back up after every outing.
